The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Account details including a username and email address

  • Workout information including the time of workout, a score, and exercise metrics such as repetition counts.

We will inform you of updates to this as RealFit supports more features.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Personal information is provided to us directly by you when you create a RealFit user profile. Creating a user profile enables:

  • Sharing the RealFit application with multiple users while keeping personal information separated

If you use a RealFit user profile then workout information is recorded at the end of each workout. This information lets you see your own workout history as an overview and breakdown.

Your information is securely stored using Amazon AWS services, currently in Ireland.

We keep profile information until you delete your account, which you can do at any time through the application.

You can also choose to delete specific workout information (for example custom workouts) through the application at any time.

When deleting your account there may be a delay of up to 7 days before the information is fully deleted from the AWS servers due to our database backup policy.
